The training to become a Certified Strategies Coach requires a three-year commitment. Potential coaches in training meet in Connecticut at the Strategies Training Center four times per year. Strategies Coaches are trained on giving presentations, managing corporate financial statements, creating cash flow projections, staff coaching and team mentoring as well as how to create and implement new business management systems. After a preliminary consultation and business analysis session, Jenkins can diagnose and help correct any challenging issues that exist in the salon or spa.
